Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Java Full Stack Developer role located in Chennai. The developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our Document Management and digitization solutions. Day-to-day tasks include implementing features on both front-end and back-end, writing clean and efficient Java code, integrating APIs, and working with databases. The role involves collaborating with senior developers and project teams, testing and debugging applications, and participating in code reviews and documentation. The developer will also support deployment activities and help ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and usability requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Software Development and Full-Stack Development using Java and related frameworks.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side logic.
- Skills in Front-End Development with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Understanding of web application architecture, version control (e.g., Git), and basic debugging practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, follow coding standards, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile or iterative development is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in document management, digitization, or data migration solutions is a plus.
