Java Full Stack Developer - Contract

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project goals

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular, Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot

Good to have Skills: Proficiency in React

Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.

Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes

Competence in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
