Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale an AI-powered data verification and enrichment platform for a major professional services client.

The platform is designed to automate company record verification, enrichment, and disambiguation at scale, processing 100K+ live records and supporting 30+ concurrent users.

This role requires a strong engineer who can take ownership of the complete technical foundation, from architecture and technology selection through development, deployment, security, and production optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, Angular, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, asynchronous processing, Docker, and CI/CD. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Evaluate the existing POC and design a scalable production architecture.
• Select and justify the appropriate technology stack, database, frontend framework, cloud infrastructure, queue system, and caching solution.
• Design systems capable of supporting 100K+ records and 30+ concurrent users.
• Define and document the complete system architecture.

Backend Development

• Migrate data storage from JSON files to a production-grade database.
• Develop scalable asynchronous job-processing systems for high-volume data ingestion.
• Design and implement APIs, including versioning and documentation.
• Optimize database queries, caching, connection pooling, and overall backend performance.

Frontend Development

• Build a production-grade frontend using Angular.
• Develop queue management, record details, approval/override workflows, settings, and admin features.
• Implement real-time updates, search, filtering, and pagination for large datasets.
• Develop role-based user experiences.

Cloud & DevOps

• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
• Implement hosting, load balancing, auto-scaling, monitoring, and alerting.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for staging and production environments.
• Implement Docker-based containerization and deployment strategies.
• Manage database backups, disaster recovery, and production reliability.

Security

• Implement authentication and session management.
• Design and implement role-based access control.
• Ensure encryption of data at rest and in transit.
• Implement security best practices and audit logging.

Performance & Optimization

• Identify and resolve application and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Monitor production performance and proactively optimize the platform.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and operational costs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Informatica MDM or similar Master Data Management platforms.
• Experience building enterprise-grade platforms.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Experience with data verification, enrichment, and entity/company disambiguation systems.
