About the Role

Individual Contributor + Client facing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications across backend and frontend.
• Build and operate RESTful APIs and services using Java (Spring Boot or similar), including robust authentication and security integrations (OAuth2/JWT, mTLS, etc.).
• Integrate frontend components with backend logic via secure APIs.
• Containerize applications using Docker and optionally orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Optimize for performance and scalability across the full stack.
• Similar UI designs to functional features using React.js (or Angular) with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Work closely with DevOps, data scientists, and product managers to ship features efficiently.
• Actively use and promote advanced AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT plugins) to improve development productivity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple programming languages and development frameworks, including, React, Java, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Thymeleaf, CSS, REST, JSON, HTML, XML, SQL, Shell Scripting.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Konvoy, Docker, Microservices, Github.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and/or Agile are preferred.
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
• Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL.
• Exposure to Cloud.
• Familiar to AI tools like copilot, cursor etc, GenAI and Agentic frameworks.
