Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Engineer who can leverage AI-assisted development tools (AgentAI, copilots, LLMs) to build scalable enterprise applications. This role is focused on accelerating delivery through intelligent tooling while maintaining engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on Development

• Build and enhance full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern front-end frameworks
• Utilize AI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, and documentation
• Integrate AI services, APIs, and RAG-based features into applications
• Develop scalable backend services and responsive UI components

2. Quality & Delivery Excellence

• Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code
• Combine AI-driven productivity with engineering best practices
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments

3. Collaboration

• Work with architects, AI specialists, and cross-functional teams
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in Java + Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM tools, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system design, and enterprise applications
• Experience integrating APIs and AI services (not model training)
• Ability to deliver high-quality output at speed

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Certifications (AWS Developer, Azure Developer Associate)
• Experience in microservices architecture
