Java Full Stack Developer

Job Purpose 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Java Developer Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Lead Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Responsibilities 

▪ Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS/Angular, and 

REST APIs. 

▪ Participate in systems analysis, requirement gathering, and translate business needs into technical 

solutions. 

▪ Contribute to architectural discussions and implement design patterns (OOP, SOLID, MVC) as directed 

by the Lead Architect. 

▪ Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following team coding standards. 

▪ Develop and optimize relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL database queries and schemas. 

▪ Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end feature implementations. 

▪ Assist in CI/CD pipeline maintenance and work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments. 

▪ Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. 

▪ Support the senior team in production deployments, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. 

▪ Contribute to internal documentation, test cases, and knowledge-sharing sessions. 

Required Skills 

▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

▪ 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Java development including Spring Boot, 

ReactJS/Angular, and REST APIs. 

▪ Proficiency in the Java ecosystem: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and 

Hibernate/JPA. 

▪ Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat for application server deployment and configuration. 

▪ Solid understanding of JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and secure API communication. 

▪ Strong command of Full Stack development practices — end-to-end ownership from backend Java 

services to frontend UI. 

▪ Good understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration patterns. 

▪ Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL 

(MongoDB/Redis). 

▪ Familiarity with software design principles — OOP, SOLID, and basic design patterns. 

▪ Working knowledge of version control using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code 

reviews). 

▪ Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. 

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

▪ Good communication skills — ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in team settings.
