About The Role
We are seeking skilled
Java Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and evolving our enterprise-grade platform to meet client demands. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, senior engineers, and the product team, you will transform business requirements into scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions.
Technology Stack
- Backend: Java (v8+), Spring Boot, Microservices
- Frontend: Angular (v2+ and above; Not AngularJS)
- Database: PostgreSQL / Oracle
- Messaging Queue: Kafka / IBM MQ
- Others: Docker, Ruby on Rails
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Scrum team focused on service delivery, reliability, and system interoperability
- Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and secure Java Full Stack applications
- Participate in code/design reviews and contribute to shared components and microservices
- Develop subject matter expertise in targeted functional areas
- Champion best practices in Agile development, TDD/BDD, and software delivery
- Support and influence continuous improvement in engineering practices across the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in Java Full Stack technologies
- Proficient in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture
- Strong front-end development skills using Angular 11+ (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with Kafka or IBM MQ (or similar messaging frameworks)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services or Securities is a plus
