Java Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of both project management methodologies and technical processes, enabling effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Team Leadership:

• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project presentations.
• Risk Management:

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate testing and validation processes to confirm project success.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to project expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
