Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and highly skilled Software Engineers with a strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and hands-on experience in designing scalable Event-Driven Architectures and high-performance distributed systems.

Important Note:

Any programming language experience is acceptable

Primary focus will be on:

• DSA

• System Design

• System Architecture

• Event-Driven Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement highly performant algorithms to process and analyze massive volumes of data

Build scalable backend systems, real-time pipelines, and distributed services

Apply advanced DSA concepts such as Trees, Graphs, Tries, Heaps, and Hashing

Develop and optimize data ingestion, storage, caching, and retrieval systems

Architect systems capable of handling billions of records efficiently

Optimize low-latency operations through profiling, tuning, and memory optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and integration

Write clean, modular, testable, and production-grade code

Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices

Must-Have Skills:

Strong expertise in Core DSA concepts:

• Binary Search

• Trees (AVL Trees, B-Trees, Segment Trees)

• Graphs

• Tries

• Heaps

• Hashing

Strong understanding of:

• Sorting & Searching Algorithms

• Indexing & Caching Mechanisms

• Time & Space Complexity

• Performance Optimization

Hands-on experience in:

• Event-Driven Architecture

• System Design & Scalable Architecture

• Large-scale real-time or batch data systems

• Memory Management & Garbage Collection

• Production Monitoring & Operations

Proficiency in:

• Java / Python / Any Strong Programming Language

Additional Expectations:

• Strong engineering principles and automation mindset

• Experience across end-to-end SDLC

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices
