Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Python
• Apply strong core Java skills including Collections, Threading, and OOP concepts
• Perform analysis, design, and tracking of multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Work across platforms including Windows and Linux development environments
• Ensure best practices in unit testing, regression testing, automated deployment, and code reviews
• Understand and design data models including entities, attributes, and relationships
• Support web application development and integration with rules engines like Drools
