Position Title: Senior Analyst Programmer

Job Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance backend services, system integrations, and ensuring code quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
- Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel.
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and availability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Required Skill:
- Xperience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, or other messaging systems.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Exp range should be 6 to 8 yrs.
- Insurance Industry Experience.
- B. tech / MCA/M. Tech/BSc or any relevant graduation.
