Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Implement performance monitoring and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, and K6
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and deployment

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Hands-on with Grafana, Prometheus, and K6 (performance testing/monitoring)
• Good understanding of API development, distributed systems, and observability tools
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud environments (preferred)

Education

• Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
