Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Java Developers / Java Leads with strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks, along with experience in document processing, PDF generation, and rendering technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, customization, and integration of document and rendering solutions. For senior candidates, leadership and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Framework
- Configure and customize tools like Polarion (workflows, Live Docs, forms) (for relevant experience)
- Develop and integrate document processing and rendering solutions
- Work with PDF/image generation pipelines and optimize performance
- Implement chart rendering using JS frameworks and headless technologies
- Handle math/formula rendering in documents (Word/PDF)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- (For Lead role) Guide technical teams and ensure delivery quality
Core Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Java (48+ years) and Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with document processing libraries:
- Aspose.Words(must-have or willingness to learn quickly)
- iText, Flying Saucer, OpenHTML to PDF (good to have)
- Experience with headless browsers:
- Selenium / Chromium
- Puppeteer or Playwright
- Highcharts Export Server
- Knowledge of PDF/Image generation pipelines
