Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Framework and document processing technologies. The ideal candidate will work on Polarion ALM customization, development of extensions, and handling PDF/Word generation and rendering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and customize Polarion ALM (workflows, Live Docs, forms)
- Develop extensions using Java, JavaScript, and APIs
- Design and implement document processing solutions (Word/PDF)
- Work on image and PDF generation pipelines
- Integrate and manage headless browsers for rendering
- Render dynamic charts and content using JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and delivery
Required Skills- Strong experience in Java & Spring Framework (4+ years)
- Experience with document processing libraries:
- Aspose.Words (Must-have or willingness to learn quickly)
- iText / Flying Saucer / OpenHTML to PDF (Good to have)
- Experience with headless browsers:
- Selenium / Chromium
- Puppeteer or Playwright
- Knowledge of PDF/Image generation pipelines
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration
Preferred Skills- Experience with HighCharts or similar charting libraries
- Ability to render JavaScript-based charts via headless engines
- Familiarity with MathML and LaTeX rendering engines
- Experience in equation rendering in Word/PDF
