We deliver high-performance, scalable Java-based services with a focus on reliability, observability, and low-latency operations. This is an on-site role based in India for engineers who enjoy hands-on backend development and production ownership.
Primary title: Java Developer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and backward compatibility for integrations.
- Implement data access layers using Hibernate/JPA and optimize SQL queries for transactional and reporting workloads.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure code quality through CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidentsprofile applications, implement fixes, and improve observability and resiliency.
- Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps in Agile sprints to deliver features on schedule and mentor junior engineers.
