What You'll Do:
- Own full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions; participate in code/design reviews.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical skills and productivity.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and adoption of new technologies.
- Support pre-sales, product demos, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Participate in organizational growth activities including employee engagement, training, and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Java and related technologies with solid SDLC knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and software architecture design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards like ISO, CMM, GDPR is a plus.
- A good exposure to utilizing AI Tools to generate the code through AI would be a specific point of interest.
