Technical Knowledge:

Full stack expertise with proficiency in Angular, Core Java, Microservices, Docker / Kubernetes, Spring Framework, Web Services & APIs, Workflow & Rule Engines, and SQL databases.

Experience in designing scalable software architectures and database models, ensuring optimized performance and scalability.

Familiar with implementing security standards and guidelines, ensuring that applications adhere to the highest security protocols.

Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and policies relevant to NBFCs (optional but beneficial).

Expertise in managing projects, tasks, and team workflows, along with excellent presentation skills to support decision-making processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring that business requirements are well-understood and expectations are managed effectively.

Ability to stay proactive, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and deliver quality results in fast-paced environments.
