Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Core Java concepts: OOPs, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading.
- Train candidates on Advanced Java: JDBC, Servlets, JSP.
- Provide hands-on training with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate (preferred).
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
- Mentor trainees on coding standards, best practices, and career guidance.
- Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback.
- Support placement-oriented training if required.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of Hibernate / JPA.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Basic exposure to SQL & databases (MySQL / Oracle).
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in corporate training or academic teaching.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Interview preparation and placement support experience.
