About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL, and comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and third-party systems
• Implement data persistence using Hibernate/JPA
• Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced concepts)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Experience in Hibernate / JPA
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle)
• Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have

• Exposure to Microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of JUnit / Mockito for unit testing

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
