About the Role

We are seeking a Java Developer to evaluate AI-generated Java code, backend logic, and architectural decisions. Your work will help develop AI systems that understand enterprise-level Java development, microservices, and backend patterns used in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Java code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Validate logic for APIs, microservices, backend workflows, and OOP principles.
• Identify bugs, performance issues, and architectural weaknesses.
• Provide high-quality feedback that improves AI reasoning in Java.
• Evaluate prompts involving Spring, REST APIs, concurrency, and JVM concepts.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of REST, microservices, and backend systems.
• Knowledge of concurrency, performance tuning, and JVM internals is a plus.
