Job Description

• Troubleshoot, logs analysis, and perform diagnosis on the Issues/Problems/Defects escalated to the team. 
• Participate in testing and error reproduction. 
• Prepare solution and technical documents. 
• Monitoring of performance, response time and utilization of service application and its components. 
• Provide workaround, corrective fixes or data patches for Incidents/Problems. 
• Assist with data extraction requests. 
• Take ownership of the Incidents/Problems tickets until resolved, and follow-up to ensure it is resolved within the SLA. 
• Provide support during deployment activities. 
• Able to work and collaborate with all relevant parties, IT teams and users. 
• Able to identify improvements, come up with creative and effective solutions to identified system gaps. 
• Ability and willingness to work within tightly controlled policies and procedures. 

 JOB SPECIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES 

1. EDUCATION / TRAINING 3. EXPERIENCE 

 Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology, 

Info Systems or equivalent.  

• Minimum Six years experience working in IT industry dealing with application support and software development. 
• Proficient in Java programming language. 
• Work with SQL queries and scripting. 
• Familiar with Microsoft applications. 
• Knowledge on the following is preferred: - Jira - Understanding of AWS Amazon Web Services - Linux
