Java Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Java-based microservices applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, OAuth, and JWT, with a passion for building secure enterprise-grade applications and APIs.

What You'll Do:

• As a Java Developer - Security, you will be responsible for developing secure microservices, implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, and enhancing the overall security posture of enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot based microservices applications.
• Design and implement secure REST APIs following industry best practices.
• Integrate OAuth and JWT-based authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Build secure service-to-service communication across distributed systems.
• Implement token validation, access control, and secure configuration management.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, security, and product teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, security, and performance issues.
• Contribute to application scalability, resilience, and observability initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and unit/integration test cases.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for a developer with strong backend development skills and a solid understanding of application security.
• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing Microservices-based applications.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience in RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL or NoSQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
