Java Developer

About Position:

We are hiring a highly skilled Java Developer with a strong DevOps background (AWS) and deep expertise in building scalable, distributed, cloud-native systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API design, AWS services, automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and cloud security.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Implement and manage job scheduling solutions using Quartz Scheduler and Spring Scheduler
• Develop and maintain batch processing workflows
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Spring and Hibernate/JPA
• Work with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Integrate solutions with contact center technologies (IVR, CTI, CRM systems, SMS/Notifications)
• Develop and enhance telecom applications involving SIP, VoIP, call flows, and routing
• Ensure application performance through optimization and troubleshooting
• Collaborate in Agile teams and ensure high-quality code through testing and CI/CD practices
• Work with tools like Git, Maven, JUnit, RabbitMQ, and Vault
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and AWS (basic exposure)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Quartz Scheduler / Spring Scheduler / Batch Processing (Must Have)
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Hibernate/JPA
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
• Working experience with RabbitMQ (RMQ)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and basic AWS
• Experience in Contact Center technologies (IVR, CTI, CRM integrations, SMS/Notifications) – Must Have
• Knowledge of Telecom protocols (SIP, VoIP, call flows, routing)
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Experience with Agile development practices
