Role:

As a Lead/Senior Java Developer, you will utilizeyour extensive Java programming skillsand expertise to design and develop robust and scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the entire software development life cycle. With your deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the project requirements and adhere to coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and enterprise design patterns to deliver robust solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and API testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on efficient design, query optimization, and data handling.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance while supporting production environments.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application development.
• Proven experience developing robust and scalable backend systems using Java technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java with solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience in building backend services using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Proven expertise in applying enterprise design patterns.
• Strong experience in unit, integration, and API testing frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Kafka or similar data streaming platforms.
• Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and data integration.
