About Position
We are seeking a talented Java + Kafka Developer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications and event-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, Apache Kafka, microservices architecture, and distributed systems, with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and real-time data processing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of modern, cloud-ready platforms.

What You'll Do
- Develop backend services and microservices using Java & Spring Boot.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Build and maintain REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement message streaming, consumer groups, and fault-tolerant processing.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams for smooth delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
Expertise You'll Bring
- 4-6 years of strong Java development experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets.
- Experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills.
