• Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
• Build and run the APIs written in Java 8, Spring boot. Team who writes the APIs will take it to production and support it post implementation.
• Develop, test and deploy scalable web applications using CI / CD (Jenkins).
• Work in Agile / dev ops environment.

Mandatory skills

• Java 8, Spring and Spring boot, restful web-service development (REST/Microservices)

Desired skills

• Expert in developing front-end application using Java 8, Spring and Spring boot, API , Microservices, REST.
• Sound Understanding of restful web-service development.
• Should have knowledge of Continuous integration and continuous deployment using Jenkins.
• Experience working with large, distributed systems.
• Must have experience working in agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
• Added advantage if worked in environment where Pivotal Cloud Foundry / AWS is used.
• Experience with test-driven development.
