Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate and skilled Java Spring Boot + React Developers for a leading Fintech client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, hands-on experience in React.js, and a keen interest in building robust, scalable financial applications. Experience in the Fintech domain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of internal coding standards and practices.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into the application ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues as they arise.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in backend development using Java Spring Boot.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working in the Fintech domain.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
