Java Developer

The Role

• Contribute to the next generation of a global leader's SaaS platform, leveraging AI to enhance customer service in the Contact Center.

• Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices.

• Apply expertise in cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to solve complex platform challenges.

• Gain deep knowledge of existing systems and actively contribute to their design and modernization.

• Provide production support by troubleshooting and diving deep into the software stack.

• Collaborate with peers in a high-performing team environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of software development experience in Java with Spring Boot.

• 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proven experience designing and building highly available, scalable applications.

• Strong understanding of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
