Job Description

Contribute to the development and industrialization of the Airops Fast Data platform.
Build and maintain cloud-native, event-driven systems in a Microsoft Azure environment.
Work as part of a DevOps-oriented team to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
Support continuous improvement of platform performance, stability, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop event-driven data interfaces between Airops products, internal data platforms, and third-party systems.
Build backend services using Java with frameworks such as Quarkus or Spring Boot (Java 21).
Develop and maintain event streaming solutions using Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and platform maintenance.
Use tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Helm charts to support continuous integration and deployment.
Work with Kubernetes and OpenShift for container orchestration and application management.
Perform software maintenance activities including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams following Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

Required Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Java development using Spring Boot or Quarkus.
Experience developing applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and streaming platforms.
Practical exposure to containerization and orchestration platforms.
Experience with DevOps tools and cloud-native deployment practices.

Qualifications

46 years of professional experience in Java-based software development.
Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
