hackajob is collaborating with Polytope Systems India to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

About The Role

Join our Bengaluru engineering hub as a Java Developer, building the backend services that power Polytope's enterprise AI platform. You'll work on high-throughput microservices, integrations, and APIs consumed by customers across India, the UK, and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Boot
  • Build REST and GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend and partner systems
  • Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to ship features end-to-end

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Java development experience
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservice architectures
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
  • Experience with containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
