Minimum Requirements To The Candidate
- Strong Experience with AWS: At least 2 years of AWS experience. Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and IAM.
- Microservices Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing microservices architectures with RESTful APIs.
- Workflow Orchestration: Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as Netflix Conductor, AWS Step Functions, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in back-end programming on Java
- Database Management: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose scalable solutions, and optimize workflows.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8–11 and Spring Boot.
- Build and implement Microservices-based architecture for enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems and platforms.
- Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Implement secure, high-performing, and reusable backend services.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical solutioning.
- Develop workflow-based solutions using workflow orchestration/tools as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Work on database integration, messaging systems, and distributed system components where required.
