Java developer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in developing robust Java applications and will play a key role in the design and implementation of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
