Java developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust applications and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Java programming language and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
