Java Developer

Experience Required: 3 to 11+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs.

• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs.

• Ship new features regularly — weekly or even daily.

• Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them.

• Drive adoption by building intuitive, well-documented, and developer-friendly features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.

• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices

• Knowledge of databases and REST API development.

• A builder mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.

• Passion for developer experience and user-centric development.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.

• Exposure to enterprise-grade software systems or financial services platforms.

• Experience building internal tools or SDKs that enhance developer productivity.
