About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our healthcare technology team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend development, Spring framework, Apache Camel integration, and AWS security/policy management. The role involves building scalable healthcare applications, developing enterprise integrations, and ensuring secure cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.

• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

• Develop and manage integration workflows using Apache Camel.

• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.

• Configure and manage AWS IAM policies, roles, and security best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product teams.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and security requirements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17

• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and REST API Development

• Experience with Apache Camel for enterprise integration

• Strong understanding of AWS IAM Policies, Roles & Permissions, and AWS security best practices

• Experience with cloud services on AWS

• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines Good to Have

• Experience in Healthcare or HIPAA-compliant applications

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

• Messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Exposure to HL7/FHIR standards

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

Experience working in enterprise or healthcare environments preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Work Model Hybrid work model based in Pune.
