Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Java+ Cloud who can manage complex projects end-to-end and provide strong technical and people leadership. The ideal candidate is not only a hands-on developer but also a strategic thinker capable of designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions within the banking and financial domain. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for adopting modern frameworks and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  
• Build and document RESTful APIs for frontend and mobile consumption.
  
• Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL systems like MongoDB/DynamoDB.
  
• Work on microservices architecture, ensuring performance, availability, and low latency.
  
• Perform thorough code reviews and write high‑quality unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).
  
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS Cloud using Docker, Kubernetes, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.
  
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performance bottlenecks and system outages.
  
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• Strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, collections, and Stream API.
  
  
• Expert-level experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS).
  
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
  
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  
• Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
  
• Excellent command over Git and branching workflows.
  
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
  
• Excellent communication skills for hybrid/remote collaborations.
  
• Proven adaptability to new technologies and business domains.
  
  

Good to have Skills

• Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise‑grade environments.
  
• Exposure to microservices migration or legacy modernization initiatives.
  
• Familiarity with container orchestration (K8s/EKS) beyond basic deployments.
  
• Knowledge of caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast).
  
• Understanding of security best practices and API governance.
