Java Camunda Lead

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Java Camunda Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and leading process automation initiatives using the Camunda BPM platform, as well as a strong background in Java development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of business process models using Camunda BPM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop process automation solutions.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of Camunda-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Camunda workflows for performance and reliability.
• Ensure best practices in software development and architecture are followed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Java development and enterprise application integration.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and experience with Camunda BPM platform.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
