We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a proven track record of building scalable and efficient server-side applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end services.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing codebase for performance improvements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-13 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficient in Java programming language and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG).
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
