Java Backend developer

Role Title: JAVA Back-End Developer

Experience- 5 to 8 years

Location- Pune Only (Hybrid)

Immediate Joiner

Design and build scalable backend services that abstract core banking systems and enable real-time data access for digital, analytics, and AI use cases across Private Banking platform/s.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven services

• Build integration services that consume and abstract data from core banking platforms (e.g. Avaloq)

• Enable real-time access to client, account, portfolio, and transaction data

• Implement secure, scalable, and resilient architectures aligned to enterprise standards

• Integrate with data platforms, middleware, and third-party systems

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments

• Experience integrating with core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq) via APIs or middleware

• Understanding of wealth management data models (client, accounts, portfolios, transactions) • Familiarity with decoupled architecture and data abstraction layers

Skills & Experience Primary:

 • Java (8+), Spring Boot

• Microservices architecture

• REST API development

• SQL / NoSQL databases

Secondary:

• AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway)

• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)

• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
