Position: Senior Java Backend Developer

Experience Required: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based architecture for high scalability and availability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, optimized, and well-documented code.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure application performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and deliver effective resolutions.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to best engineering practices.

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and application optimization.

• 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Good understanding of system design and architectural principles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment.

CBIE Assessment:

• Score 2.1 – 2.9: Candidate will undergo 2 rounds of technical discussion
• Score 2.9+: Candidate will undergo 1 round of technical discussion
