Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java

- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices
- Troubleshoot issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions

Technical Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on Java backend development experience
- Expertise in Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with ORM tools and relational databases
- Familiarity with Git and agile workflows
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to React.js for frontend integration
- Working knowledge of cloud services and containerization tools
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines
