About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in multi-module Java applications and enterprise-scale systems. In this role, you will evaluate Java patches, analyze regressions, debug failures, and execute comprehensive JUnit test suites. You will work across modular codebases, validate logic changes, identify root causes, and ensure patched solutions meet engineering standards and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and validate patches across multi-module Java repositories.
• Execute JUnit test suites, review failures, and diagnose regressions accurately.
• Debug backend logic, OOP implementations, integrations, and enterprise design patterns.
• Review pull requests for maintainability, code quality, architecture alignment, and correctness.
• Use Maven/Gradle build systems to run, analyze, and troubleshoot builds and tests.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality backend systems.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and OOP principles.
• 1–5 years of backend development experience in Java.
• Familiarity with multi-module repositories and enterprise backend architectures.
• Good understanding of the Spring ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to identify regressions, troubleshoot integrations, and assess patch quality.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Compensation varies by project and typically goes up to ₹1500 per hour.
