JAVA BACKEND DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
• Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
• Support CI/CD processes and application deployments.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, OOP, and core Java concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, security, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and CI/CD is an advantage.
