Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience in backend application development, preferably in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java technologies.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation.
• Interact with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are maintained.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java and backend development concepts.
• Experience working with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience in Inward and Outward Remittance products.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Agile development methodology.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and authentication mechanisms.
