Senior Java Backend Developer
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad only (no relocation)

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and micro-services.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Optimize application performance, multithreading, and database queries.
• Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and optimize SQL performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Strong knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and database design
• Experience building highly scalable, distributed micro-services
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Design Patterns, and OOP
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD is a plus
Preferred
• Experience with Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
