Java Backend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and should be comfortable working in a Japanese business environment.

Location - PAN India

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Build and manage microservices-based architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA

Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization

Work on RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness

Communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders (as required)

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in Java backend development

Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices

Experience with REST APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL)

Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git)

JLPT N3 or higher certification (mandatory)

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
