Basic Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong backend development skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, MongoDB
Experience in Microservices architecture and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Familiarity with UI frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or jQuery (nice to have)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in cross-border, distributed teams

Nice to Have

Product and customer-centric approach
Strong object-oriented programming and design pattern skills
Experience with large-scale enterprise systems
