Java Back End Developer

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and technical guidelines.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including scalability, performance, and security.
• Experience in conducting code reviews, refactoring code, and ensuring compliance with established coding standards.

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and related technologies.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, microservices, and other system components.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security), and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
