Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications using Java and/or Python. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and/or Python and their associated frameworks.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Design and develop Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) using AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kafka, or equivalent messaging platforms.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Implement cloud-native security best practices including:
• IAM Roles and Policies
• Secrets Management
• Encryption at Rest and Transit
• Network Security Controls
• Secure API Design
• Vulnerability Management
• Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Perform database query tuning, performance optimization, indexing strategies, and capacity planning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud resource management using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth and career development.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive successful project delivery.
