About Position:
The Java Spring Boot Developer position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality, scalable Java applications for mission‑critical systems. This role involves working across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, enhancing application performance, and delivering reliable, cloud‑enabled solutions using modern Java, Spring Boot, and AWS technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance Java applications for mission‑critical systems
- Contribute across the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver new features using Spring Boot and Microservices
- Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure application stability
- Build and integrate cloud‑native applications using AWS services
- Develop and expose RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integrations
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retros
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth code integration and release deployments
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong Core Java expertise with solid understanding of OOPs, data structures, and algorithms
- Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot for building production‑grade applications
- Microservices architecture knowledge, including service design and deployment
- Cloud experience on AWS, enabling scalable and resilient application development
- Database proficiency across SQL and NoSQL systems
- Experience with Hibernate ORM and backend API development
- Practical exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and release management
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously improve system efficiency
